I made the decision late in life to finally get my teeth fixed. For as long as I could remember I was unhappy with my smile. All my friends game me a hard time because I never really smiled in photos. I would shy away from a camera because frankly, I didn't like my teeth. I had my braces since June of 2006 and the process has been very convenient. Dr. Farrah and staff have been very professional, friendly, knowledgable and have always made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I am always welcomed by name and greeted with warm smiles from Donna and Michelle at the front desk and the rest of the staff continually put me at ease with my treatment. And now twenty months later, the braces are off and I am over the moon about the results. The removal process was painless and the end result was overwhelming. I knew that they would make a difference in my smile but I was completely overwhelmed and shocked with how I looked. It literally brought tears to my eyes and the emotions that I've been feeling have been nothing short of amazing! I thought no one would notice the difference, and how wrong I was. My smile is bigger and brighter than it ever was and for the first time in a long time I can show it to the world with immense pride. She worked very meticulously with the oral surgeon to coordinate Josh's treatment and made us comfortable through each step of the process. We are very happy with the service that Dr. Agahi and staff provide. Her staff is knowledgeable, dedicated, and delighted in their work. Every time I speak to the scheduling coordinator on the phone or in person, I smile. She is so helpful and pleasant. She provides excellent customer service. Another skill that I have noticed in Dr. Agahi's staff is their preciseness. Her staff has to perform their work in small, dark moist places (the mouth!). They do a terrific job of ensuring that the “hardware” they apply is placed correctly and without undo pain. They ensure that no wires are sticking out or rubbing. This makes everyone more comfortable because when the patient is happy, the patient's family is happy. Thanks, Dr. Agahi and staff for the care you take with my son.
